At approximately 6:20 in the afternoon this Sunday, the young Luis Miguel Franco (26) drowned on Playa Escondida, in Caraballeda.
Franco, who lived on Vargas de Los Teques street, Miranda state, was on the coast, in the company of his sister María Franco, his brother-in-law Richard Rodríguez (41) and his two nieces.
The place was attended by members of the Marine Firefighters, who tried to provide first aid; but it was too late, he reviewed The Truth of Vargas.
