Video Seema Rezaï, an 18-year-old Afghan boxer, recounts her departure from Kabul to continue practicing her sport

While she was part of the Afghanistan boxing team, Seema Rezaï, 18, decided to flee her country, alone, on the advice of her coach in order to be able to continue living from her passion. A choice that was imposed on her after the Taliban took power. “I left because it was dangerous for me to continue practicing my sport in Afghanistan”she told All Sports.
