Another Vegan Challenge 22 started on Friday – participants will spend 22 days of the free challenge on a plant-based diet with the help of experienced vegan mentors, nutritionist advice and a host of vegan recipes!
You can always sign up for Vegan Challenge 22 on the site vegan-izazov22.com by filling out the registration form and joining us in the facebook group Challenges that we have turned into a real small community of like-minded people!
The whole experience is completely free and with a lot of support and advice for an easier transition to a vegan diet, we have a great time and every day we go through different daily challenges related to vegan foods, but also other activities related to veganism.
Everyone is welcome – total beginners who want to develop healthier habits, but already experienced vegans, as well as people who are halfway there and are interested in expanding their collection of recipes and tricks from the kitchen!
Ingredients:
Procedure:
Boil quinoa in twice as much water, uncovered, with half a teaspoon of salt. When all the water has evaporated, cover the quinoa and remove it from the heat. Strain and wash a little bean, then mix and blend all the ingredients (you can leave a little texture, it should not be a smooth mixture).
Shape the burgers and fry them in a little oil or bake in the oven on baking paper for about 10 minutes (or until golden brown) on each side at 200C. From this amount of ingredients you will get 8 larger burgers – you can halve the ingredients or better yet, freeze the excess burgers before you heat them!
We spread the pastry with hummus and the burger with a mixture of lean mayonnaise and BBQ sauce, and we added pickles and tomatoes.
Pleasant!
