The new Armenian BuildUp platform will provide training with the help of specialists from international companies

In addition, he realized that a new school of knowledge should be opened in Armenia, which will not only teach knowledge or experience, but also a new one. way of thinking.

The latter said that they decided to create an alternative educational platform BuildUp. The uniqueness of the program is the creation and practice of a new type of education. The approach is the multidisciplinary teamwork model.
“It is a unique educational model. Usually when you work in a team, you perform a specific function, you do not imagine all the rest of the work. When solving difficult problems, we should all be able to cope with each other in order to be able to give advice, which will lead to a quick solution to the problem. Due to the follow-up work, an alternative education based on completely new educational standards was created, which does not exist in Armenia yet! There is a big professional gap in our country, which can be corrected exclusively by using new educational models. BuildUp is based on non-theory on knowledge. Everything we learn is purely practical knowledge. “During the 4 months of study, students work on different projects and simultaneously acquire a rich portfolio, which can later become success stories,” he said.
They have 6 areas of teaching: Product Management, Product Design, Digital Marketing, B2B sales, Full-Stack Development, Back-End Development. They plan to add other directions in the future.
The founder of the company mentioned that during the program the teams formed from 6 different professions will create products that will have the opportunity to present on the ProductHunt platform. The best students will have the opportunity to work in BuildUp community member companies. 1 participant from each of the 6 subjects taught will be involved in a separate team և together they will try to solve real problems by creating projects.
Poghosyan assured that the BuildUp platform gives an opportunity to learn, work in a large technological community, Google, Nvidia, Krisp, SoloLearn, Ucraft, as well as with leading specialists of other organizations, develop problem-solving thinking, work with experts already established in different fields to create products. to develop professional abilities and skills, to get a real opportunity to increase the salary.
The final exam will be to present the created product to the public, as well as in the form of a public assessment. This approach will allow us to see its success more tangibly. Classes will be held 5 days a week online, in addition, students must work offline to create their product.
“We have a wonderful large community that has funded our idea. Part of the community are directors. They have joined because they have a shortage of manpower, they want to discover new talents. Poghosyan stressed that the student will not pay anything upon admission. He signs a contract, according to which, after completing the course, if his salary has increased, he must return to the community, donate $ 100 each month, until the amount exceeds $ 1,700.
