©AfreePress-(Lomé, January 26, 2022)- In a press release made public on Wednesday January 21, 2022, the General Commissioner of the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR), Philippe Kokou Tchodié reminds all taxpayers subject to tax that at most no later than January 31, 2022, they are required to file the Annual Salary Declaration (DAS), for the 2021 financial year.
Beyond this period, the formalities also include the declaration and payment of the first installment of taxes and duties, in accordance with the provisions of articles 114 to 117 of the General Tax Code (CGI).
“Declarations and payments which take into account, the Corporate Tax (IS), the Income Tax (IR) business income category, the Single Professional Tax (TPU), according to the declarative regime and according to the flat-rate scheme”, specifies the note of Mr. Tchodié.
