- 4 tangerines
- 60 ml of almond milk
- Ice the one you think necessary
- A pinch
- 10 ml of vanilla essence
- 2 g of grated ginger
- a pinch of salt
Start by peeling the tangerines, leaving them free of white skin, which is bitter.
Remove the seeds from each segment if they have them. Put in the blender, add the almond milk and ice, as well as the vanilla essence. Also the pinch of salt: it must be little, and do not forget it because the salt helps to enhance the rest of the flavors. Blend for several seconds.
