Pokemon Legends Arceus isn’t the only one offering content updates. Last month, Pokémon Sparkling Diamond & Sparkling Pearl welcomed a 1.2.0 patch bringing some cool new things, like expanding the Union room and adding the Coliseum feature. Today, the 1.3.0 update arrives in the duo of remakes. On the program, the addition of the Station MEM online exchange functionality (located in Féli-Cité), and above all an event to obtain Arceus, pending the arrival of Darkrai a little later.
How to get Darkrai and Arceus in Pokémon Sparkling Diamond & Sparkling Pearl?
There are a few conditions to find Arceus in Pokémon Sparkling Diamond & Sparkling Pearl. First of all, you have to beat the league Pokemon and obtained the national Pokédex. Your Switch should also contain a Pokémon Legends Arceus save game in which all main missions are completed. If these conditions are met, simply go to your in-game room to obtain the “Azure Flute” item, then go to the Lance Columns located at the top of Mount Couronnée. Arceus will then make its entrance. Note that this event is permanent. No need to rush so if you haven’t finished Pokémon Legends Arceus yet.
As for Darkrai, it will be distributed from April 1 at 8:24 a.m. until April 30 at 10:28 p.m. These dates were not chosen at random since they correspond to the period between the next two new moons. You will have to retrieve the “Member Card” object via the “Mystery Gift” menu, then take a short nap in the Joliberges inn in order to land on New Moon Island where the fabulous Pokémon will be waiting for you. There too, several conditions : beating the league, obtaining the national Pokédex and completing the event linked to Cresselia.
