On Friday, September 16, a discussion was held between economic science professionals from San Juan, led by the president of the CPCESJ, CP Fabián Rodríguez, and the province’s Undersecretary of Labor, Dr. Jorge Oribe, together with his technical team, made up of by representatives of the different areas of that organization.
With a significant attendance of council members, the meeting addressed issues of crucial importance for professionals, such as the implementation of the digital salary book, salary book rubric and attendance sheet, as well as re-registration, soon to be implemented.
The discussion provided both professionals and representatives of public agencies, to advance on mutual agreements, based on opinions, suggestions and the discussion of different problems that directly affect the daily exercise of those enrolled.
“Although with the Council we have made some conservatories, it is the first to be held at the headquarters of the Undersecretary, which we hope will be the first of many others that integrate spaces for dialogue, where mutual experience nourishes the forms and procedures to be carried out” , expressed the Undersecretary of Labor Jorge Oribe.
For his part, Fabián Rodríguez stated: -“The CPCEJ maintains an excellent relationship of dialogue with the provincial and national state agencies, we believe that the best way to achieve effective results is by expressing ideas and opinions and in this, beyond our representativeness , we wanted to add the voices of each enrolled, from this open call”.
The main conclusions of the topics discussed at the meeting are set out below:
1-DIGITAL SALARY BOOK: the possibility of accepting this book for the rubric will be analyzed in order to avoid double work,
2-The Salary Book (LS) and the time sheet, when the employer chooses the digital rubric method, he does so for both the salary book and the attendance sheet.
3-The legalizations must be done month by month, while the LS expired and the assistance forms, in advance.
4- For the signature of the LS it is not necessary that it be signed by the employee.
5-The LS begins to be initialed taking as the start date the date of presentation of the file for registration before the Undersecretary.
6-The registration process has an estimated time of 60 days.
7- The term for the claim of the rubrics was extended, going from 24 to 72 hours.
8- An introduction was made about the next re-registration.
