According to unofficial information, Vijesti management has already informed the workers that they will no longer work from November 1.
– The bank of the OTP group, from which Falkensteiner leased the hotel, demanded a rent of 1.5 to 2 million EUR, which Falkensteiner could not comply with, considering it too much. In addition, in the previous two years of the crisis, they performed poorly – said the source of Vijesti.
According to unofficial information from Vijesti, the bank is looking for a new tenant if it fails to sell the hotel.
This hotel group took over the hotel from the Hungarian OTP group, which is owned by Crnogorska komercijalna banka (CKB) in Montenegro.
