An agreement was signed in Čačak for the project of building the Kablar lookout in the area of ​​the Ovčar-Kablar gorge, during the visit of the Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Matić and the meeting with the mayor of that city, Milun Todorović.

– The city of Čačak has significant natural resources that occupy a dominant place in the creation of tourist products of our country. The top of Kablar will receive a unique glass lookout that will consist of three separate units: a plateau, and the first in a series of plateaus for which the relevant Ministry has allocated funds in the amount of 80 million dinars will be raised to 879 meters above sea level – Matic said. Ministries.
She added that the relevant Ministry of Tourism is also financing the purchase of the first ecological tourist ship in Serbia – trimaran in the amount of 20 million dinars and that the implementation of all projects in the gorge takes into account environmental protection and protection of existing religious buildings.
– Intensive work in the interdepartmental working group and joint forces of the ministries dealing with tourism, ecology and infrastructure is a plan to renovate this area and put all its potentials in full function – Matic emphasized and stated that the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications has so far allocated 135 million dinars within the Project of the National Initiative for the Development and Development of the Ovčar-Kablar Gorge.
From 2015 to 2022, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications allocated a total of 199,184,500 dinars for tourism development projects in the municipality of Čačak.
